It say free shipping on orders over $50. I am not getting that. It says 20% off on Metolius and climbing holds. I am not getting that. The codes you offer are invalid. It also says free shipping on orders over $100.00. Will I get that?? What am I doing wrong here??

Thank you for your inquiry, to get the 20% off climbing holds you will need to enter the coupon code shown (BRLPMTL20) into the coupon box when you check out. The coupon is case sensitive. All orders over 50 are eligible for free economy shipping if shipped within the United States. If for any reason you continue to have issues ordering please call into customer service and we would be happy to place the order on your behalf.

Will I receive what I see pictured? I don't want a random "assorted" set due to the few holds in the order. I don't want to feel that I will receive something other than what is represented. Is this possible?

Thank you for your inquiry. The holds come in packages from the manufacturer. Each package is slightly different, we do not mix and match them.
