I have a 30degree Mont-Bell bag I'm looking for a low weight, low bulk, low cost way to add a few degrees. Could this be used with my current bag either inside or out? — 2 Answers

There should not be any issues using this with your current bag.

The thermal sheet should be a good addition to your current sleeping bag. Depending on how much more insulation you want, I would recommend the Sea to Summit liner sheets we carry. The silk liner has the best warmth to weight for the liners. They wouldn't give you the added insulation of the Mont Bell Thermal sheet, however.
