The Mont Bell Rain Trekker Jacket does not stretch nearly as well as the Mountain Hardwear Stretch Typhoon Jacket. Mont Bell is known for their insulation jackets, and as such does not do as well in these sort of areas. If you are looking for a nice stretch, I would go with the Typhoon Jacket. As for the size chart in centimeters, Mont Bell only supplies size charts in inches, but if you would like I can convert specific sizes and measurements that you are looking for.
