Each pouch of Beef Stroganoff Pro-Pak contains two servings; it is vacuum sealed and reconstitutes into a hearty 16 oz serving.

The Pro-Packs were designed for individual use when backpacking and has more calories. The nutritional info indicates their are about two serving because of the extra calories.
