Is this really carry on size? It seems that the dimensions - 25" x 12" x 9" or a total of 46'' is greater than the 45'' maximum that the FAA states - http://www.faa.gov/passengers/prepare_fly/baggage/ — 1 Answer

I'm sorry but you'll have to get in touch with the airlines to know if it really is carry on size. From what we were told, it is.
