Regular and Standard should be the same pole, just different terms. The sizing difference between Regular and Tall is size: Standard Min: 41.3 in / 105 cm
Standard Max: 51.2 in / 130 cm
Long Min: 45.3 in / 115 cm
Long Max: 55.1 in / 140 cm
