Does this come with the tarp shown in the pictures? If not, do you have an MSR tarp that goes with this and can you provide a link to it?

The MSR Thru-Hiker Mesh House 2 does NOT come with rain protection included. The MSR Thru-Hiker 70 Wing or 100 Wing are the compatible weather protection options and must be purchases separately.

Can this mesh tent fit inside Mountainsmith LT Tarp Tent?

The floor dimensions on the Thru-hiker mesh is 52" x 84", whereas the dimensions of the Mountain LT shelter is 54" x 84". If it does fit it won't leave much, or any distance between the interior and the exterior.
