No, the Astro Insulated Sleeping pad is not self inflating.

No, but it only takes me about 50 breaths (maximum) to inflate. There is a pump that can be purchased. I don't think I will purchase the pump as inflating via breath seems easy enough to me.

No, the Astro Insulated Sleeping Pad is not self-inflating, you have to blow it up yourself.
