How is the best way to stuff it into the stuff sack? squeeze and stuff?

It it was me, I would roll it up and then fold if needed to get it in to the stuff sack.

Does this Nemo Pillow have the Bungee straps on the back side for "adding a little extra height" or is that for only the Nemo Luxury Pillow? And if it does have the bungee cords, does that apply to all colors?

Thank you for your question. This feature is only on the Fillo Luxery! This applies for this product, regardless of color. Hope this helps.

Do all the colors have the straps for adding extra stuffing like in the video? One of the reviews indicated their did not come with the straps.

The straps are only on the Luxury model, not on the regular Fillo.
