The features listed here mention the down fill is 750. Is the down fill on a tag or label?

Great question! I called Nobis, they use a 650 fill Premium Canadian Origin White Duck Down in this jacket.

What is the difference between the poly/wool and the crosshatch fabric?

They are a different material and have a different visual appearance. We are currently stocking the poly/wool version. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
