Is there a special adapter for LP gas cans/tanks needed? If so, is it provided? Any other adapters needed to use ALL the fuels it's capable of using?

It does take LP gas, you would need to buy isobutane, not propane canisters. It does have everything you'd need if you are planning on using liquid fuel.

What is included with the stove and pump? Are there additional items? Cleaning kit or wind shield etc?

The kit includes: Stove, FLIPSTOP™ pump, multitool, windscreen, heat reflector, stuff bag, lubricant, user manual

Where is this stove manufactured? Was this made in Sweden or is it made in Asia?

Hallo. I wrote to for nerly a month ago, about the Optimus Polaris. Was told you would have it back in stock in about two weeks. I can see you still don't have it stock. Will you get I stock again and when??? And do you ship international???
