How easy is it to get your child in and out of this?

Pretty straightforward in summer, but we found getting his arms into the harness tricky during winter, when he was bundled up in a snowsuit (he’s only 8 months so not huge) - I guess next winter I’ll end up cutting the elastic and sewing on some side-release buckles so I don’t have to try and wrestle a padded arm through the butterfly harness.
