Yes the Osprey Sirrus 24 has two side pockets for water bottles.

Does Opsrey have a male sizing Sirrus series with the Airflow suspension for a tall guy (over 6 feet) in a 24 or 26 liter size ? What is the price for it. ? Is it on your website ?

The Osprey Stratos is the men's version of this Sirrus. We have it in the 24 and 26 L size.

The sizing is all about torso length rather than overall height. Please see the sizing chart on the product page. My guess is that at over 6 ft you will need the large size.
