Does it protect face completely from the sun?? And can you roll up the hat for storage? Thx

This hat has decent coverage. This highly depends on the position of the sun and time of year. You can pack the hat down, however you will need to reform like any other hats. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Does this hat truly have Insect Shield applied to the fabric as most website note that Sombriolet hat does not have Insect Repelling properties.
