Do the legs lock down at different lengths? How small does it fold? down to?

Yes, the legs of the Overland Vehicle Systems Wild Land Camping Gear Chair lock down at different lengths and instead of folding together, the legs attach and detach from the chair. Once the legs are detached they can be strapped to the bottom of the chair.
