What's the large, small sizing mean? I'm 5-10, 170 lbs and my torso is 18" I didn't see torso length listed. How is it measured?

Torso: Small 16-19 inches
Large 19-22 inches
Fits Waist/Hips: Small 28-36 inches
Large 32 - 42 inches
