HI! the Leverlock option comes with the front toe wire (FIL) to use as automatic crampon?

Yes, it comes with both toe options. LEVERLOCK UNIVERSEL for boots with heel welts, FLEXLOCK for boots without toe and heel welts to work as an "automatic" crampon.
