Is this drill bit made by Hilti?

It is made by Hilti. The writing and logos on the shaft are exactly the same.

What diameter drill bit for a 1/4” hole? Thank you

You would need 1/4" drill bit. That is close to 6.35mm.

The diameter is 10mm, what is the length? Clearly it is not 10mm as indicated.

The 10 mm is the diameter of the bit. The bit is about 66 mm long.
