Good question! So unless and item is listed as DEMO, it should come new! and either way it should come in good quality. If there is an issue, please feel free to run the item through our returns department and we'll do our best to get you squared away!

Unfortunately, these mitts have been discontinued, which means we no longer offer them, but there are several comparable items listed to help you find what you're looking for!

How's the fit? I'm in-between the sizes: sometimes M in Marmot and L in the only set of BD gloves I own. Don't own any Rab Mitts. Recommendations?
