I would recommend sizing up.I usually wear small in tops, light jackets, etc &amp; have this shell in medium.It fits over layers well, but not a lot of looseness through the torso--it&#039;s cut slightly smaller through the ribs &amp; waist, so if you have too many layers underneath, your insulation may be compressed.
