The XS Neutrino Endurance measures 19 inches in the chest (from armpit to armpit) and 25 inches for the sleeve (from armpit to wrist cuff). The S measures 26 inches for the sleeve (armpit to wrist cuff) and 21 inches in the chest (armpit to armpit). Keep in mind, we took the measurements by hand, and on a flat jacket. It was not being worn.
