Purchased and tried your product yesterday. Sprayed the product on my arms and neck. Sprayed it on my hands and applied it to areas of my face. It didn't stop the bugs at all. I'm an avid walker and trying to figure out what to do. — 1 Answer

Bug repellents containing 30% or more DEET are the current best performers on the market beyond 30% there was no discernible difference in performance according to trials. This product should perform as well as any within that range of concentration unless it is manufactured improperly. The most variance between brands is the ability of the manufacturer to make it more pleasant to smell and use.

There are many reasons a DEET based repellent might not per form:
The most common is failure to reapply - there is no guideline other than noticing a slow in performance from the bug spray. This can be quite often if there is much perspiration or humidity involved.
Check the application instructions for proper application.
