The picture shows 2 pouches, a small and a large but the description says it includes 1 16 oz pouch. Is there 2 or 1?

This product only contains one pouch.

Can it be plumbed into a drinking water hose for an RV?

I think it would be fine to do as long as you have the same tubing size/connection for the filter. It does need to backflushed when flow is slowing, so keep that in mind.
