How warm is this jacket? Looks like there's a grid fleece lining from the picture (at least in the hood). Also, can you comment on the overall quality of Sherpa gear? — 2 Answers

The Sherpa Thorong Jacket is made of a heavy weight fleece and is designed for maximum weather protection. Sherpa does an excellent job of providing comfort, warmth and protection.

This jacket is pretty warm. It's obviously not for freezing cold days, but it is made to be breathable enough to keep you warm without getting too hot while doing strenuous mountain activities. Sherpa gear is very good quality. It is a great brand!
