What is the top width measurement? Does is have any toggle type attachments that could be attached to a foam pad in a hammock?

It doesn't really have any toggle attachments to attach to a sleeping pad. The shoulder width is 58"

Yes, there are a number of our customers that use Backcountry Beds in hammocks. Quilt style sleeping bags make great hammock bags.
