What is the second lens that comes with the smith ios black ignitor? The red mirror or the blue mirrors?

The Sensor (Blue) Mirror is the bonus lens for the Black frame with Ignitor lens.

If the lens is photo chromatic, why are they interchangeable? I thought photo chromatic meant the lens changes depending upon the light condition.
