The size that is offered, is that men US size?

The sizes that are offered in the drop down box reflect the UK size. Click on the "Sizing Chart" information tab and that will give you the correct conversion in US men's sizes. Be sure to note the information listed in the sizing chart as there are specific directions for acquiring the correct size.
