How do you inflate this pad? need to buy the pump?

This is a "self-inflating" pad. All you need to do is roll it out, and open the valve. It will inflate over the course of a few minutes(or more, depending on how long it has been compressed). You can fine tune the pressure with blowing in the valve. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
