What are the actual dimensions?

Thank you for your question. According to the manufacturer the large is 25 inches wide, 77 inches long and 3.5 inches thick. The extra large is 30 inches wide, 77 inches long and 3.5 inches thick.

What's the difference between the Large and Regular. The later is $40 more.

The XL is 5 inches wider
