If you have not used minimalist shoes before, please keep in mind that transitioning into these will be a slow process. You should only do 5 minutes or less running in these a day, if that when starting and then gradually increasing. If you feel any pain, back off aggressively. There are plenty of great barefoot running sources out there that let you know what are some good training routines as well. Let us know if you have any additional questions and happy running!
