Will this item also fit the Switchback X1 bining model. It looks identical to the part for the X1 in the picture.

Does this kit have short or standard rods?

The one we have in stock is the Standard size. If we had short in stock, it would show up in the dropdown menu to chooses the size.

Would this by any chance fit in the plate slots on a Rottefella Hot Chili?

We don't have any way to find that out. Sorry. We don't carry the Hot Chili binding. My guess is that they would not be compatible.
