I'm sorry, Zamberlan does not specifically state a measurement of how much insulation they contain. This is what they do describe about the insulation in this model. "Gore-Tex® Insulated Comfort membranes provide the utmost waterproof protection and breathability while granting temperature performance to approximately -20 degrees Celsius (temperature performance is highly dependant on factors outside of boot, such as sock material and user tolerance)"
