I got tired of coming home soaked in my Arc’teryx pants. These pants fit great and shed water like a greased duck. I also like the snug fit around the boot.
I'm usually a small but I had to go up to a medium so I could wear a base layer underneath. It's fitted just right and no extra bulk. I haven't tried it out in inclement weather so who know how it will performs but I'm expecting it to do just fine. You blow on it and you can tell it breaths a little as advertised.
I've used these pants a handful of times so far for snowshoeing, hiking, and ice climbing. I'm very satisfied so far with the functionality and performance of these pants. They move really well and appear to be well made. Too soon to comment on durability but I like the reinforced knees.
