I bought this jacket to be used as a middle layer. Extremely happy with it primarily because of its fit and warmth. When first viewing the jacket, I was surprised at how thin it was. Baggy as heck. Ridiculous to call this jacket athletic fit. I’m 6’4” 176 lbs and this jacket is huge ( size L) in the body. Great arm length but in my book an athletic fit should b more fitted in the body but this is very baggy. Sadly Rob’s athletic fit is all over the place. I really enjoy this jacket. Sad to see that it's discontinued. 40g synthetic insulation jackets are somewhat hard to find, and this one is incredibly light at just 7.2 oz for my size small with pockets!

This is an incredibly lightweight jacket, yet it is still surprisingly warm. I bought this for spring/fall adventures, and an emergency layer for backpacking. I have ended up using this on my bike commute to work this winter most days. It has kept me warm in the 20's. Much colder, and when not biking, just this won't cut it anymore.
