Loved but defective - Adidas Terrex Climacool Boat Sleek Watersport Shoe - Women's

Exactly what I wanted! Beautiful colors and fit perfect! But, the pull tag on the back of one of the shoes was almost broken off.
I returned for a refund or replacement 2-3 weeks ago. No notice of receipt and no credit to date has been received.
