It packs down to nearly nothing. While it *could* be used as a mountaineering harness, it's pretty cumbersome to put on without lifting your feet. No gear loops. Basically one size fits all. Good for lending to TR people without harnesses, or if your main harness has a malfunction. Barely nicer than a lot of the gym harnesses you will encounter. If you're looking for a harness for yourself, probably look elsewhere and spend another $20 for a better fentered one.
