This is listed as an entree, so I am thinking it is for the main purpose of breakfast. Very tasty and it fed more than 2 people! We used it as a dessert in the evening and then added it to our oatmeal in the morning. Low in sodium (rare for a dehydrated meal), good for you and very tasty!
