I loved this tent. :-( - ALPS Mountaineering Aries 3 Person Tent

I loved this tent when I bought it last year. I have used it a total of 4 times. I love the space/price/weight ratio on it and it is an attractive roomy tent for two. I was pretty disappointed with it on the last trip. We had quite a rainstorm during the night. It leaked enough, there was some water on our bags and it would occasionally drip down and smack me on the head. Even more disappointing was I spent a lot of time seam sealing it. There is one part on the fly where the water would come in. I read other reviews on other websites warning of it, which is why I took the time to seam seal (apparently it wasnt enough). Besides that, even with my babying, there were snags in the mesh of the tent and noticed a gaping HOLE in the mesh after my bf slept in it for one night!!! I am so disappointed in the quality. My bf's 10 yo walmart tent faired better.
