Patagonia down jacket - ALPS Mountaineering Explorer Trekking Pole

Everything looks fine with the jacket however once try's by it on, and then going into the actual Patagonia store, the jacket seems a bit oversized in comparison. It feels like there's too much space in the stomach and waist area as opposed to the same jacket and size I tried on in the store.
