I'm 5'10" and 145 lbs and have the hardest time finding long sleeve button downs unless I order from companies that have tall shirts which in the outdoor industry is non existent. The M fits just right with long enough sleeves. I gave the 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't love the pattern choices.
