I really like this jacket as a layering piece. More breathable than an Atom LT, and I like the cut better. The chest pocket is a nice touch that the Atom doesn't have. The Atom has 20 denier fabric; this has Fortius 40, so a more durable shell fabric too.
Like all Arcteryx stuff, it's pricey, but very well made. Full price, it's $50 more than an Atom LT or Patagonia Nano Puff, but worth the upgrade -- especially if you can find it on sale.
