Great winter softshell - Arc'teryx Venta SV Jacket - Men's

the Venta is a very versatile piece. It looks good enough to wear to work on cold stormy days and technical enough for backcountry kiiing, snowshoeing in the in the winter. it's not stiff and so activity using it works well. I like the minimal lined fleece on the inside for cold days.
