I've hiked about 15 miles total on 4 different trails so far, & the fit is very comfortable. I bought 1 size larger than my normal everyday shoes/low cut trail footwear. They fit perfect and I can adjust comfort with the thickness of the socks I wear for the day. I like the lite weight of the boots & the ankle support of a higher style boot for the tougher bouldering when needed.
I've owned a dozen pairs of boots in the past 20 years and these look & feel like they'll serve me well.
