Great dessert! - Backpackers Pantry Banana Cream Pie - 2 Servings

A nice dessert when camping. Pay attention to the altitude directions, because it did take longer at 8600 ft to re-hydrate. Slightly warm water seemed to help as well. The ziplock closure helps a lot with keeping it nicely sealed while re-hydrating.
