The dehydrated chicken cashew curry - Backpackers Pantry Chicken Cashew Curry - 2 Servings

This is an awesome dinner. There isn't anything quite like having this delicious meal after along days hike. I have had many meals in my backpack that were good, even very good - but this is great. The price was very reasonable as well. Would definitely buy again for my next back packing trip
