More like pancakes - Backpackers Pantry Colorado Omelet - 2 Servings

The texture of the cooked product is more like pancakes than omlets, it is rather tasteless and needs some salt. I guess I can DIY a much cheaper version by mixing pancake mix and custard powder, and it would probably taste better too.
