A terrific dish for any outing - Backpacker's Pantry Risotto w/ Chicken - 2 Servings

This would be a fantastic dish on any outing. Perfect after a long hike! Of all the freeze dried foods I've had this flavor is top 5. Easy to prepare, easy to eat out of the package, and easy to backpack with. All you need is a heat source, pot for boiling water, and you could manage the rest in a pinch.
