Bland - Backpackers Pantry Stroganoff with Beef - Bulk

I actually purchased the 2 serving zip-pack/pouch of this. I live at sea level and tested this at home, carefully measuring the water according to directions. The amount of water seemed correct (2.5 cups for the 2 serving packet). The beef cubes were very tiny (smaller than a pea).
