Csmpsaver is easy to deal with and this item is going to be exactly what I’m wanting to secure my food. I had read other reviews about the difficulty unscrewing the lid and checked that issue out right off the bat. I found that after practicing 5 or 6 times that I’d become very comfortable with getting the locking tabs past the locking stops. Sure, it’s not easy but there’s a reason for that. The BV500 is just large enough that I believe it will hold most if not all of my menu for my next 7 day BWCA trip.
Pros:
- I like the weight and the see through light blue plastic.
Cons:
- Personally I would have like it to have been 12in in diameter.
Best Used for:
- Obviously Bear Country
