Careful where you shop - Big Agnes Cabin Creek 15-Degree 40in. Wide-SL 90 Synthetic

I purchased this bag as my new wife had hip surgery when she was 17. If she got cold her hips would be come very painful. I am a hot sleeper and so it made sense. The bag doesn't pack down very well, even for synthetic it is bulky. No insulation in the bottom side was a smart move by Big Agnes. We used two thermarest insulated pads and at 45 degrees we both FROZE! Contacted campsaver and was denied a return. Mere days past the return window. We are busy people and didn't have the time to take it out. The 15 degree rating is a flat out lie and I blame BA for that. Shame on campsaver for poor customer service. Will never shop here again.
